  • Guadalupe County Emergency Management has teamed up with the City of Seguin to host another COVID-19 mobile testing site in Seguin at Max Starke Park. The testing will begin on Wednesday and Friday, July 1st , and July 3rd, 2020, at 9 am. Anyone meeting the requirements and wants to be tested for COVID-19 should contact 512-883-2400 or go to TXCOVIDTEST.ORG to schedule an appointment. This testing site will be the same test administered in at all previous locations and an appointment is required to be tested. Pass the information on to anyone who you feel needs to be made aware of the testing site. Registration for the testing site opens up on Tuesday June 30th and July 2nd, 2020, at 9 am.   • Guadalupe County has seen an increase in the positive COVID -19 test in the last three days. Eighteen cases of COVID 19 have been reported to our office since June 10, 2020. The Texas Department of State Health Services has also made Guadalupe County Office of Emergency Management aware of the testing results from the June 1, 2020, test at Starke Park. Out of 41 people tested, 35 tested negatives, two tested positive, and four tests are still pending.
